How we wake up and approach the morning sets the tone for our mindset and attitude throughout the day. If we start the day with a positive outlook and gratitude, we are more likely to carry that positive energy into the tasks and interactions we encounter
It's important to find a routine that aligns with your preferences, values, and goals, and allows you to start your day in a way that supports your overall well-being.
It is not easy for me to be disciplined and always do the same things, every day I want to create a new habit, try new things and not repeat anything I did the day before. However I would say that I do not dispense, a cleansing ritual, moisturizing the skin and a good breakfast, with fruit and coffee with milk.
