How we wake up and approach the morning sets the tone for our mindset and attitude throughout the day. If we start the day with a positive outlook and gratitude, we are more likely to carry that positive energy into the tasks and interactions we encounter

Our morning routine can impact our energy levels for the day.

Taking time for self-care in the morning, whether it's through meditation, journaling, or engaging in a hobby, can contribute to emotional well-being. It allows us to center ourselves, manage stress, and cultivate a sense of calmness that can positively influence our emotional state for the rest of the day.

It's important to find a routine that aligns with your preferences, values, and goals, and allows you to start your day in a way that supports your overall well-being.

My mornings change a lot from week to week, sometimes I wake up with a lot of energy to start the day, sometimes I wake up with low-energy and need tasks that allow for a slow pace or a lot of coffee. Usually they all have in common a cup of coffee and a journal where I organize my days, develop ideas and concepts for work.

It is not easy for me to be disciplined and always do the same things, every day I want to create a new habit, try new things and not repeat anything I did the day before. However I would say that I do not dispense, a cleansing ritual, moisturizing the skin and a good breakfast, with fruit and coffee with milk.

For me it is essential to listen to what my body asks me, whether I start the day slower and more calmly or whether I can start the morning normally. But obviously not every morning I can take this care and it ends up affecting my energy and mood for the rest of the day.
